While we strive for 99.9% uptime, OneScribe is provided "as is" and we may occasionally need to perform maintenance, updates, or experience unexpected downtime. We'll always notify you in advance of planned maintenance.

OneScribe provides our service "as is" and disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied. We cannot guarantee that our service will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Our total liability to you for any claims related to OneScribe will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
